This indicator is awesome. Why? It’s able to show the percentage of the last leg, compared with the previous leg. In this way you have a better understanding of the forces in play in that moment. In fact, for example, if you see that the up extensions are, in percentage, greater of the down legs, that means that there is more bullish pressure or maybe the market is starting to reverse from downtrend to uptrend.
