super buy sell is a combination of Hedging and Martingale strategy.

- TakeProfitPips — TakeProfit (pips);
- DiffPips — Martingale range pips;
- MartingaleLotMultipler — Martingale Lot Multiplier;
- IsStartNewSession — if true, EA will start open position;
